Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective 19 August 2026. Speculan LLC, operator of glp1receipts.com.
This document exists separately from our general Privacy Policy because Washington's My Health My Data Act, and comparable laws such as Nevada SB 370, require consumer health data to be described in a policy of its own. It covers only that.
Categories of consumer health data we collect, and the purpose
One category: your email address, when you choose to give it to us to receive alerts about the price of GLP-1 medications.
We treat that address as consumer health data because the act of asking for GLP-1 price alerts can reasonably be linked to an interest in obtaining prescription medication. We would rather classify it that way and be careful with it than argue it does not count.
Purpose, and how it is used: to send you a message when a price we track changes at its source. That is the only use. We do not use it to infer a diagnosis, condition, treatment, symptom, or any other health status, we do not build a profile from it, and we never use it for advertising.
We collect no other category of consumer health data. Not conditions, diagnoses, treatments, procedures, medications you actually take, symptoms, measurements, vital signs, bodily functions, biometric or genetic data, reproductive or sexual health information, gender-affirming care information, precise location, or purchase history.
Answers you enter into the price calculator are held in the part of the web address after the #, which browsers never transmit to a server. We do not receive them and they are not consumer health data in our hands. Prices you choose to watch are stored only in your own browser and are never transmitted.
Sources of collection
Directly from you, through the subscription form on glp1receipts.com, and only when you submit it and then confirm by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
We do not buy, license, or otherwise obtain consumer health data from any other source. We do not derive or infer it from non-health data.
Categories of consumer health data shared
Your email address, together with whether a given alert was opened and whether links in it were clicked, is shared with our email service provider so that the alert can actually be delivered to you.
That is the only sharing that occurs.
Third parties and affiliates who receive it
Speculan LLC has no affiliates. No other third party receives consumer health data from us.
We do not sell consumer health data and we will not. The Act requires a signed valid authorization before any such sale; we do not ask you for one, because there is nothing we intend to sell.
Geofencing
We do not operate a geofence around any health care facility, and we do not use location to identify you, to collect data about you, or to send you anything.
Your rights, and how to exercise them
You may:
How: email info@glp1receipts.com from, or naming, the address in question. Every alert also carries a one-click unsubscribe link, which withdraws consent immediately.
What happens: we reply within 45 days, free of charge. If we genuinely need more time we will tell you why before those 45 days are up, and take no more than 45 additional days. If we refuse a request we will explain why and how to appeal; reply saying you are appealing and a person will re-review it. If we deny the appeal, you may complain to the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
